If this is a company vehicle, you’ll need the following documents:
- The documents of the vehicle: Car registration document and Ownership Registration Document or the Single Vehicle Document
- Company’s VAT card
- The Model 9 form, dully signed
If this is a privately owned vehicle, you’ll need the following documents:
In addition to the documents mentioned in the previous question, you’ll need an Ownership Certificate to replace the Ownership Registration Document. You can obtain this certificate at the Automobile Registration Office or at the Online Automobile website.
You’ll need a document issued by the Institute for Mobility and Land Transport (IMT) that includes the information stated in the Car registration document [Livrete], thus replacing that document.
Additionally, you’ll also need the Model 13 form from the Institute for Mobility and Land Transport (IMT), dully signed.
You’ll only need two more documents besides those stated in question “I own a vehicle and I wish to dispose of it. How do I do it?”. Which are:
Inheritance- enabling Heirs document, or other document that indicates who is the head of the inheritance, as well as who are the other heirs.
A declaration signed by all heirs in which they all agree to dispose of the vehicle. Add a copy of the ID/Citizen Card and VAT card of all the people involved.
The entire process is conducted under the name of the head of the inheritance.
